Guildy Pleasure v0.5

(It says version 0.5 but that's mostly because there's a few mechanics that need a bit more testing and detailing and I don't want to call it 1.0 when I know it'll need some adjustments; the system's pretty much there)

Guildy Pleasure is a game that is meant to be played very casually. No one outside of the GM (Guild Master) will use dice; it's more a game about filling out paperwork correctly and being prepared. Barring that, you must either think outside of the box or accept the consequences.

It's a game about insurance, where you must make sure to be wary of physical and mental harm or else quite literally pay the price; but if you can pay, even death is meaningless to you.
It's a game about stretching the truth, because it's impossible for anyone to realistically meet every prerequisite of a job that pays enough to live off of.
It's a game about performance reviews, because becoming higher ranked means better pay but also more fancy equipment and education in order to even stay relevant in the fast-paced career of adventuring.

It's a game about adventures, quests, and camaraderie – as told through bureaucracy.
